Marc Philipp Gemballa MARSIEN GT

The next chapter in the MARSIEN story. Limited to only 30 vehicles.

Following the success of the MARSIEN series: an ultra-modern but timeless designed supercar, forming a hybrid between a modern-day sports car combined with off-road capabilities, enabling the ultimate driving experience. A new era and second vehicle to join the company’s portfolio of bespoke collector vehicles is here with the MARSIEN GT.

The MARSIEN GT takes the distinctive character of the MARSIEN and turns it into a grand tourer with dynamic precision driving and daily usability. Based again on the 992.1 Porsche 911 Turbo and Turbo S platform, the MARSIEN GT features a full carbon fiber body. Over 100 exterior components are produced in pure carbon fiber, exclusively designed for performance, lightweight  and cooling. These components are manufactured by a leading German carbon fiber specialist, that also supplies renowned OEM sportscar manufacturers as well as several Formula One teams.

Marc Philipp Gemballa teamed up with legendary Porsche engine specialist RUF Automobile for the engine development of the MARSIEN GT. The vehicle manufacturer registered since 1981, known for its Porsche engine expertise, had already worked with Marc’s father Uwe Gemballa on producing the powertrains for various vehicles in the 1980s. The engine upgrade ‘POWERED BY RUF’ features enhanced VTG turbo chargers, revised ECU mapping and transmission settings, allowing the six-cylinder boxer engine to produce 830 horsepower and 930 Newton meters of torque. A second-stage 900 horsepower upgrade is also in development.

The entirely new double-wishbone suspension set up has been developed to deliver a more dynamic on-road experience with the young entrepreneur teaming up for a technological partnership with the leading suspension and chassis technology pioneer KW automotive. Together, the two companies have developed a bespoke road-focused suspension system with electronically controlled dampers with two electromagnetic proportional valves regulating each damper to respond to changing road conditions and situations; exclusively created for the MARSIEN GT while retaining comfort and performance. The vehicle also comes with specially-designed five spoke forged center lock aluminum wheels.

Enhanced aerodynamic features for greater performance have been developed specifically for the MARSIEN GT. Active front fender louvers as well as a raised and angled active rear wing are powered by a pneumatic air pressure system. Larger front end intakes, a roof scoop with ram air intakes, and side skirt intakes complete the enhanced  aerodynamics. The rear wing attack angle increases rear axle downforce and stability at higher speeds and the side skirts  draw fresh air to the rear arches for additional brake cooling. Underneath, a full, lightweight carbon underbody saves weight and optimizes air flow to the new rear diffuser.

With just 30 allocations available, this raises the total production of the MARSIEN program to 70 bespoke models worldwide in honor of the 70th Anniversary of Uwe Gemballa whose passion and expertise pushed the boundaries and inspired the future generations.
